SoftLux Cleaning Services Ltd (company number 16223429) is a carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning company based at 21 Park View, Wembley, London HA9 6JZ. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website, by phone, by email or on WhatsApp.

What we collect

• The details you enter in our quote and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you need and your message, plus the page you sent the form from.
• Anything you tell us when you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, such as your address, the items to clean and any photos you send.
• Your IP address, which we hold briefly in memory to stop spam and repeated form submissions. It is not stored with your enquiry.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange and carry out the cleaning you book. This is needed to take steps at your request before and under our agreement with you.
• To keep records of the work we do, including receipts and invoices, as the law requires.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse, which is in our legitimate interests.
• To understand how the website is used, only if you agree to analytics cookies.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Our website host and our email provider, which deliver form messages to us.
• Google, if you accept analytics cookies (Google Analytics) or view a page with an embedded Google map.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.

These providers handle data on our behalf or under their own privacy policies. Some may process data outside the UK, with the safeguards UK law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and booking details only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and keep invoices and accounting records for as long as the law requires.
