About these terms

These terms apply when you request a quote or book cleaning with SoftLux Cleaning Services Ltd (company number 16223429), 21 Park View, Wembley, London HA9 6JZ. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Quotes and prices

• Quotes are free. The price depends on what is being cleaned, its size, fabric and condition, and access, such as stairs, lifts and parking.
• We agree the price with you before any work starts. If, on arrival, the job is clearly different from what was described, we will explain and agree any change with you before continuing.

Bookings and access

• We are open 24 hours Monday to Friday, and 7am to 9pm on Saturday and Sunday.
• Please tell us about parking, permits, lifts and building access when you book, so we can plan the visit.
• If you need to cancel or move a booking, please let us know as early as you can.

Results

We inspect items before cleaning and explain what to expect. Some stains, wear and damage cannot be fully removed; where that is likely, we will tell you before we start. If you are not happy with the result, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it.

Aftercare

Carpets and fabrics are left damp after cleaning. Follow the drying and aftercare advice we give you, such as keeping foot traffic and furniture off carpets until they are dry.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is finished, unless we agree otherwise. We provide a receipt or invoice on request.
